A change in the neighborhood

Last week I babysat for our neighbors. They're moving in a few weeks, so it was probably the last time I'll ever watch them. I'm so sad...

They have 2 girls and a boy. They're so cute and fun! I did little "interviews" with the girls and we pretended we were on TV. :)

So here's an interview with Sydney who is 4 and quite the drama queen. She is so superly talkative, too

An Adventure in Chicago

Friday morning I went with Jenna's family to Chicago so Uncle Scott could buy a truck. I don't really feel like going into the details, but let's just say it was quite an adventure! We didn't leave Chicago until 10pm and got home after midnight because we kind of ran into some problems. :)

I didn't take any pictures, and I realized it on the drive home.. so I took some in the van. Not too exciting. :)
It was just us girls in the van after Uncle Scott bought his truck, and Aunt Dawn had no clue where she was going in the middle of Chicago traffic. But she did wonderful and we never got lost!
I know you probably don't like this picture, but I have to put one of you on here, Aunt Dawn!

Jenna was the DJ. :)

It really was a fun day. We went shopping (the main reason why I went) but I only got two awesome bargains. Jenna and I now have matching oufits.... how fun! :)

I had my first Cinnabun. They are amazing.

Concert

Easter Weekend

This past weekend was so nice. I had no school and I got nice and organized. :)

Thursday night we went out to eat for Mom's birthday. We went to a Chinese restaurant in Peoria that Mom loves. It was pretty good.... I ate waay to much. We went to Grandma's after to open gifts and for dessert.

Friday morning Laura and Johnny came over. I haven't watched them for over a month! John talks so much now and it's super cute.

Laura & I had fun playing dolls. :) It was all of the babies birthdays(according to Laura) and we had 8 babies. So was sang Happy Birthday 8 times.

I know John is not my child, but I have to post this video.

My dad is kind of being loud in the background so you really have to listen. :)

And I know... it's sideways. :D




My mom put the cheesy potatoes on the table and he goes "Macaroni?"

Me: "No, it's not macaroni. It's potatoes!"

John: "Macaroni Potatoes!"

So that's what he called them. And he also told me they were yellow. :)

Anywho... I was home all day on Saturday. It was wonderful. It was so beautiful out, so I went on a long walk and laid out. I even got burnt! What a wonderful feeling...

I cleaned out/organized my closet and washed it down. It smells so clean now! That night we watched Fireproof again. :)

Sunday night we went with the big clan of Schicks to the Fellowship Hall. I got to hold and see Adalai. That made me happy. :) Not very many of my Schick cousins were there. And the ones that were there left early.
So Adam & I went with the Pfaffmann's afterwards. :)

That's what is new with me. I probably bore you all to death, and I'm sorry. You don't have to read about this boring stuff.

This past Saturday afternoon we had our Pfaffmann Easter. I didn't take any pictures.

But that night, I babysat for Carson (9 mo), Ashlyn (3), Ernie (2), and Lester (7 mo). I had Luke and Lydia with me so that helped tremendously!

It wasn't really that crazy. I mean... of course their were times when both little babies were crying and needed to be taken care of, but they survived!

I worked today for 4 hours. Sitting at a computer for that long really gives me a back ache. Probably because my chair is a hard one. :) I'm sure I'll get used to it though.... :)

I have achievement tests tomorrow and Wednesday. Oh, how I hate them!! Once again, we have to sit for 4 1/2 hours each day on a hard folding chair in a quiet room and take these tests. I hope I get to sit by some of my friends...

I have to get up early every single day this week. Except for Friday, because I have NO SCHOOL!! yay!

Since I love babies soo much, I just have to post a baby announcement! :)

Wal-Mart

Since I go there once or twice a week, it only makes sense that I blog about it. :)

If I'm bored, I usually go to Wal-Mart... because you can always find something you need there, right? Ugh, it bugs me because I probably spend half my money at that store.

I really don't like Wal-Mart. But, they have almost everything there, and it's so easy to make just one stop. And it's so cheap! (although it adds up fast!)

I hate Washington Wal-Mart. I always go to Morton... It's only 10 minutes away!

The main reason I go so often is for pictures. I'll realize that I haven't gotten certain pictures printed and go. But a week later, I need to go again. :) I've heard that they don't have the best quality. But... lazy me... I go there anyway because it's fast and easy.


So yeah, that was a pretty boring post. I shouldn't even be posting. The Bible Class is going to be here in about an hour, and I have a lot to do before then. My mom just told me she needs some assistance....

So I now have to pull myself out of the chair get moving......

I'm still not recovered from being sick. I have a terrible cough and cold and I'm soo tired. I can't wait till I'm OVER THIS!!

But I'm pretty busy tomorrow and the weekend is busy....so I can't stop.
