Off I go again...

So I made the decision today.

I'm going to Wisconsin again! :) I'm excited!

I'm going with Phil & Jessica, Nate & Lynette and U. Tom & A.Carol (and all my little buds). How fun will that be!?

I'm going to miss out on some things, but I think it will be worth it! :)

So I'll be back by the 4th with lots of stories and pictures from two trips! :D

Have fun in this heat! :)

Mr. Luke

Happy Birthday to Luke - a day late!

Hope you had a wonderful day!

You're a fantastic brother-in-law!!

Love ya!

Piano Recital

Before I post about Wisconsin, I have to post about my Piano Recital. It was the Thursday before we left.

It went fine, I guess.

I didn't totally forget my memorized piece.
But I did mess up a bit on my non-memorized one. Ugh, how disappointing...I usually play it perfectly.

Clayton and I played a violin duet. I was so nervous for it that I sounded terrible. I even have proof because they recorded the recital and made CD's for everyone. :{

Mrs. Schupp with all her students.

So yeah, we're home. We had a wonderful vacation and I will be posting pictures shortly.
But guess what? I was asked to go to Wisconsin with the Tom Schick family. We would leave THIS Wednesday or Thursday..... and I need to decide if I'm going, SOON! But, you know Miss indecisive Wendi here....
One thing that's really holding me back is that Mom and I were going to go to a Lorie Line concert on Thursday. And I really want to go to it. Plus Katie May is here. But WI would be so much fun with all my little buds! So.. I need help deciding! :)
I told my mom I really don't care what I do.... someone just decide for me!!

Update :)

Sorry I haven't updated in a while besides my birthday posts. I honestly do not have anytime. I used to think people just said that as an excuse, but now I really do know how it is! :) So here what's new! (Warning: It's going to be totally random)

I've been in the cooking/baking mood soo much. I never go a day without being in the kitchen. Just Tuesday morning I made Baked Oatmeal for Breakfast, tons of cookie dough balls, Creamy Asparagus on toast for lunch, and a strawberry dessert. I've been making supper every week too. Last night I made Chicken and Dumplings. It was really good!
Anyways, mom has so many cookbooks, it's so fun to look thru them and pick out all sorts of recipes. :)

I had to take a picture of my dessert. It doesn't look that great, but it is soooo Delicious. I'm not a big fan of desserts, but I love THIS!

Onto the next thing....

This week is so busy because we're trying to get ready for vacation. We leave for Wisconsin in 2 days! It's always a lot of work before we go up there, but I think it's worth it. :)

Someone came to look at our dog yesterday, and they're going to take her!! It's a little sad, but not so much when all she does is bark all day. I can't wait to be dog free. Except Mom & Adam are already talking about getting another one. They're so crazy.... I told them let's go at least a year without one. We have not had good experiences with dogs and our neighbors now hate us. :)

Mom's roses our blooming in the front. I just love them, so I took a picture. Except it's not a very good one....

What I did last weekend:

-Luke and I biked to Luke & Heidi's and back which is 10 miles. I wasn't one bit sore, much to my surprise! (And I didn't die on all the hills!)

-Jenna and I babysat W&W all day Saturday. It was fun! :)

-Sunday night was the Bible Class Dinner.

That's pretty much all I did. :)

And that's all that's new around this house.

If you look at the time of when I wrote this, it says 7:39am.
Yes, I am really writing a blog entry this early.

Why? (This is going to sound pathetic....)

Because I'm going to be gone all day today, and too busy tomorrow to write a post, so I set my alarm for a half an hour earlier to write it today.

True Story.

I AM DEDICATED! :)

Anyways... I'll post about vacation when we get back. I hope it's wonderful weather, and not cold and rainy like it usually it is!

Have a good day!

(I hate how there's always blank spots at the end...)

Birthday!

HAPPY (BELATED) BIRTHDAY TO LYNETTE!

Sorry it's late! I didn't forget, I just really did not have time to post it yesterday.

Since you're so camera shy, I don't have very many pictures of you. But I've got lots of your kids! :)
Hope you had a great day!

More Graduations

Here's my usual weekend post. :)

Saturday was Kendra's graduation ceremony. 3 other homeschooler's graduated with their homeschool co-op.

I played the prelude, Pomp & Circumstance and the recessional on the piano. I went in the morning for rehersal and then the ceremony was at 2:00.

It was not just an ordinary graduation, so that was kinda fun. Here's Lori giving her little speech and presenting the diploma.

I went babysitting after the graduation. Funny Story.
Reagan wanted to go on a walk, and the double stroller wasn't there. But Reags wanted to go to Grandpa and Grandma's. :) So Bailey was in the single stroller, and Reagan walked part of the way and I carried him on my back some, too.
When it was time to go home, he didn't want to walk again... so we just put Bailey on Reagan's lap in the stroller.
They acted like they were having fun.. but I sure got the stares.
And there's more to the story, that I didn't write about. (I started with pushing two single strollers, but that really did NOT work. :)
(idk if that made sense...)

Sunday was Adam's Graduation Open House.
It was a fun night, with both families here and a few friends.

The cake picture :)

I don't think I'll ever be as tall as him. :(

Mom the teacher, Adam the student, and Dad the Principal. :)

Family

Hyde, Kendra and Me. I love all of our shirts together! :)

Monday was Ellen Cox's funeral. So sad.
And I'm sooo emotional.
I babysat Wyatt & Wade afterwards, and then went to VBS because I'm helping with crafts.

And did you know, that I'm going to start playing the Flute?

I'm going to ask my piano teacher if she'll teach me, since she plays.
I'm excited!! :D
And that's all I have to say. ;)
