I've been in the cooking/baking mood soo much. I never go a day without being in the kitchen. Just Tuesday morning I made Baked Oatmeal for Breakfast, tons of cookie dough balls, Creamy Asparagus on toast for lunch, and a strawberry dessert. I've been making supper every week too. Last night I made Chicken and Dumplings. It was really good!
Anyways, mom has so many cookbooks, it's so fun to look thru them and pick out all sorts of recipes. :)
Onto the next thing....
This week is so busy because we're trying to get ready for vacation. We leave for Wisconsin in 2 days! It's always a lot of work before we go up there, but I think it's worth it. :)
Someone came to look at our dog yesterday, and they're going to take her!! It's a little sad, but not so much when all she does is bark all day. I can't wait to be dog free. Except Mom & Adam are already talking about getting another one. They're so crazy.... I told them let's go at least a year without one. We have not had good experiences with dogs and our neighbors now hate us. :)
Mom's roses our blooming in the front. I just love them, so I took a picture. Except it's not a very good one....
What I did last weekend:
-Luke and I biked to Luke & Heidi's and back which is 10 miles. I wasn't one bit sore, much to my surprise! (And I didn't die on all the hills!)
-Jenna and I babysat W&W all day Saturday. It was fun! :)
-Sunday night was the Bible Class Dinner.
That's pretty much all I did. :)
If you look at the time of when I wrote this, it says 7:39am.
Yes, I am really writing a blog entry this early.
Why? (This is going to sound pathetic....)
Because I'm going to be gone all day today, and too busy tomorrow to write a post, so I set my alarm for a half an hour earlier to write it today.
True Story.
I AM DEDICATED! :)
Anyways... I'll post about vacation when we get back. I hope it's wonderful weather, and not cold and rainy like it usually it is!
Have a good day!
(I hate how there's always blank spots at the end...)

hi wendi-with-an-i,
feel free to come over and cook at my house whenever you're in the mood. :)
hm... when you get back from wisconsin you need to come over and teach me how to make cinnamon rolls.
Me too! I always love it when someone else cooks!
And I definitely want some of that desert! :-)
You are dedicated...and talented in the kitchen. I'm sorry I was sleeping when you came over.
What recipe did you use for chicken and dumplings? I want to make that sometime.
