- Quite a few weeks ago I hit Adam's(new) car while I was backing out of the garage. Thankfully I was going super slow, and didn't do anything but bend his license plate a bit. I never look while backing out of the garage, but I for sure do now. After Adam's car and my Dad's snowplow, I'm going to make it a habit to look!
- Sunday night I stayed with Kendra because her family is gone. We were laying in bed chatting, when we saw lights and heard a car drive up the driveway. Kendra thought it might be someone coming to pick up some scrapbooking stuff. But at 11:30 at night? I don't think so. Peeking out the windows, we didn't see anything. So we assumed they had just drove around the circle to see if it was sitting outside for them. But I wanted to make sure, so we went downstairs to peek around. At first we didn't see the car, but then we saw it again -it was driving away. We were crawling around because we didn't want them to see us in the windows. :) We didn't have a chance to see who it was, but boy, did it give us a scare! After the car left, we were sure there was someone or something on the lane. But after viewing it from almost every window possible, we decided there was nothing. Kendra was really glad I was there because she was just going to stay by herself, but I didn't want her to. We finally went back to our beds, with my phone lying right beside me. We still don't know who it was, what they were doing, and why in the world they were sitting by the garage for probably 5 minutes with their vehicle off. Needless to say, we got to bed way too late. :)
- Almost 2 weeks ago, I was on my way home from ACYF practice and looked in my rear view mirror. What did I see? LIGHTS! My heart just sank, and I got over-- right on Main Street in Washington. I couldn't believe I was getting pulled over for the first time. I was so tired - I wasn't really sure if I was speeding, but I didn't think I was. Thankfully the policeman was super nice and I couldn't do anything but smile and blabber at him after he told me my tail light was out. He just gave me a verbal warning..... Thankgoodness!!! Let's just say I am verrrry careful these days. :)
- Note to self: Pay attention to where I'm parking at ICC next semester. ;) This morning my mom and I went there to meet with my advisor. When we were done, we could not find the car. We walked and walked around the same lot. In the same WRONG lot. Oh goodness, I can see this happening to me the whole first semester I'm there...
FYI: I really am a pretty good driver. Everyone has their "blonde" or "spacey" moments, right? RIGHT? :)
